Project Ruin
A downloadable game
You didn’t ask for this.
Running your car to the redline, attempting to escape a horde of mechanical zombies so you can get a life saving vaccine to a remote laboratory.
Running from rooftop to rooftop, dodging drones and robots, needing to get across town to pick up the latest plans from the rebellion.
Running from shadow to shadow, keeping an eye out for hate fueled constructs, knowing that failing now means the food promised to your tribe will go elsewhere.
Running across the waves, carefully navigating around haunted wrecks and violent ocean creatures, knowing the cargo in your hold is enough to keep your crew running for another month at least.
You didn't ask for it. But no one else can do what you do.
Couriers. Runners. Scavengers. All kinds of names for the folks who run out into the Ruin. Doing what needs to be done.
Welcome to the Ruin. Get running.

Hello all, welcome to Project Ruin.
This will be an ongoing project to develop a Lumien game about post apocalyptic adventurers who use their grit and unusual skills to survive a hostile world. Will you live for the chase? Build a haven amongst the chaos? Tear down the corrupt rulers and put yourself in their place? Something even more daring?
First Build, uploaded October 31st, 2024: This build has the very bare bones of a system, written out in a combination of notes, actual writing, and reminders to myself. :S
